DMX Bai Revoked, Judge Orders House Arrest

DMX received a tongue lashing and a heavy handed warning as the judge presiding over his tax evasion case confronted him for his irresponsible behavior while out on bail. However, he got to go home despite having failed several drug tests over the past month.

Judge Jed Rakoff had apparently had enough with the 46-year-old Yonkers rapper prior to his late arriving at a bail hearing at Manhattan Federal Court on Friday, August 11. It had been a mere one day since news got out that X recently broke the terms of his bond arrangement by leaving the state to visit family in St. Louis, and he was already sparing the rapper from having to pay some pretty serious repercussions for a different violation. According to Rakoff, DMX has tested positive for cocaine, marijuana, and opiates on four occasions in less than four weeks.

Attorney Murray Richman went to bat for his client, by reminding the judge that Simmons has a problem with substance abuse, but Rakoff reportedly wasn’t having it, firing back, “It sounds like total self-denial.” In response to the infraction, Rakoff ordered X to serve house arrest with an electronic bracelet on his ankle and warned that “it will be the end of his career and the end of living a decent life,” if the rapper jumps bail.

Before dismissing DMX, Judge Rakoff turned his focus solely on Richman, saying, ”The lesson he seems to have learned over the last few weeks is Murray Richman will always get him off.”

Woman Now Wants $20M From Usher In Herpes Lawsuit

A woman who accused Usher of exposing her to herpes now confirms she contracted the STD.

The “U Got It Bad” singer, after a $1.1 million settlement with a woman who claimed he infected her with herpes, now faces a $20 million lawsuit from a second woman, who just days ago filed suit for $10 million and has now upped her demands after finding out she contracted the disease, TMZ reports.

Jane Doe, as she is referred to in the suit, reportedly found out the results on Saturday and was “devastated,” according to the gossip site. She increased her demands after learning she tested positive, citing emotional distress, medical bills and punitive damages, according to TMZ.

She claims she performed oral sex on Usher and had sex with him while using a condom during an April encounter in Atlanta, and that the pair then had unprotected sex days later in New Orleans, TMZ reports.

She insists she never would have slept with Usher if she was aware he was infected.

The suit alleges Usher never warned the woman that he was carrying the herpes virus — and she only recently learned she could be infected after reading recent reports that the “U Got it Bad” singer paid $1.1 million to another woman who claimed the R&B star infected her with herpes.

RadarOnline published documents pertaining to the 2012 settlement, in which the stylist accused him of infecting her.

The suit alleges Usher Raymond IV was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010 — around the time he split from his first wife Tameka Foster.

The “Confessions” singer married a former executive chef for “The Cosby Show,” Grace Miguel, in 2010.

Usher has yet to publicly comment on the allegations.

Watch OJ Simpson Parole LIVE

The Juice could once again be loose.

Imprisoned former football star O.J. Simpson has a parole hearing this week that could see him released from a medium-security Nevada prison as early as Oct. 1. While lawyers familiar with Simpson’s case say the now 70-year-old diabetic is likely to make parole, what his life outside of the prison walls will be like is still very much up for debate.

“The big question is, if Simpson is paroled, how would he be received? With open arms? Slammed doors?” columnist Scott Ostler wrote in Simpson’s hometown newspaper, the San Francisco Chronicle. “He would be retried a million times in the court of public opinion, gossip TV and social media. Psychopathic murderer or frame-up victim? Rehabilitated soul or consummate con man?”

There is renewed interest in the Simpson saga in the wake of last year’s highly popular FX miniseries and Academy Award-winning ESPN documentary.

Bobby Shmurda’s Co-Defendant Gets 130 Years

Rapper Bobby Shmurda’s co-defendant in a Brooklyn gang conspiracy told a Manhattan judge to “suck my d–k” Wednesday, just before he was ordered jailed for more than a century.

Foul-mouthed Santino Boderick a.k.a “Cueno” unleashed a volley of curses at Justice Abraham Clott, who remained calm. “F–k yourself,” Boderick said as he demanded to be removed from the courtroom before he was given a 117½- to 130-year sentence. Clott permitted the defendant’s exit, then delivered the sentence in his absence. Boderick was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, possession of a weapon and 20 other felonies stemming from four gang-related shootings. In September, Boderick refused a plea deal of 15 years in prison.

Talk about kicking a man when he’s down. Coolio had to stand before a judge to hear his fate after getting caught at the airport with a gun, and get his hair critiqued.

Judge Clowns Coolio’s Hairstyle

Court is never a fun place to be, that is unless you are the judge holding people’s fate in your hands. Rapper Coolio plead guilty to possession of a concealed weapon in court Wednesday after getting caught with a gun in his bag at LAX airport. He won’t face any jail time, but he was sentenced to three years probation and must commit 45 days of community service.

A sigh of relief there. However, Coolio didn’t escape the court without getting his hairstyle acknowledged. Midway through the sentencing, the judge took a moment to bring attention to the spider legs currently perched atop Coolio’s head.

“You’re a little bit different,” said the judge, inferring that this is not the first time he’s seen Coolio in court. “You’ve got a different little hairstyle going here than in the past, but it, you know, it suits you.”

Judge Gives Go Ahead For Trump Child Rape Case Trial

After a third attempt at filing a lawsuit against Donald Trump for allegedly raping a young teen, the case may finally get it’s day in court. According to Snopes, the rape case was dismissed in May 2016 in California, but refiled in New York in June 2016. As of October 4, Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams has ordered a status conference hearing on the rape case in December 2016.

Donald Trump Holds Campaign Rally In Fort Worth

The woman, who would like to be known as “Jane Doe” to keep her identity hidden, came forward to report that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein raped her when she was 13 years old. She and several other complainants and witnesses corroborated their stories in order to follow through with the allegations in court. After several attempts, the initial case was dismissed due to technical filing errors, as the address listed on the documents was found to be a foreclosed home.

Judge Ronnie Abrams decided the case was worth a hearing after the women filed suit for the third time. According to the Status Conference Order, all parties must submit a joint letter providing any and all evidence at the hearing in order to continue on with the rape case.

In the original complaint, billionaire (and now registered sex offender) Jeffrey Epstein threw sex parties in the early 1990s, which underage women attended. The young women were allegedly forced to perform various sexual acts on Trump and Epstein. The women claim that Trump and Epstein made promises to them about modeling careers, and that’s how they were lured into the situations to begin with. They also alleged that they were afraid to come forward at the time because the men threatened them with bodily harm if they attempted to do so.

Judge Orders Birdman to Show Cash Money Receipts in Lil Wayne Lawsuit

Lil Wayne was granted a breakthrough in his legal battle over unpaid royalties this week.

Lil Wayne Reality Show On The Way?

A judge has ordered Birdman to open up his books to provide a record of what a $100 million advance Cash Money received from Universal Music Group, has gone towards. Disputed in the case is $70 million of those $100 million dollars, which Wayne was supposed to get a split of for marketing and recording expenses, in addition to the royalties he claims to have never received.

BIRDMAN SUED FOR SAMPLING MUSIC

Lil Wayne’s legal team recently demanded a more comprehensive money trial, after his attorneys dismissed the 22,015 pages of legal documents provided by Birdman’s accountant as useless. Lawyers handling the case for Birdman have asserted that they provided what was available, confirming that much of the financial records for the company were mismanaged for a period of two years, TMZ reports.

The judge overseeing the case has given the defense 30 days to locate and hand over all pertinent financial documents.
