Kenya Moore gave intruders a dose of reality. “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star whipped out a gun on what appeared to be two men and one woman after she spotted them trespassing her home.
“If you come over here, you are going to get a motherf–king cap in your a– … I will shoot and I will ask questions later,” the 45-year-old warned the public in an angry Instagram video following the scare. “These are home invasions, robberies, rapists … What if your children or loved ones were threatened in this way?” Moore wrote in the post.
On Saturday, “The Celebrity Apprentice” star posted two screenshots of the individuals caught on her security camera, further offering a reward for anyone able to track down the suspects.
“Anyone who is bold enough to commit a crime, endanger themselves and others needs to be punished. Please help me identify these people. $1,000 reward.”
Moore included as much details on the incident as she could recollect.
“They climbed over a wall in order to circumvent my security gates and wall being bricked. They were driving a white car. The female was recording on her phone the entire time,” she said.
“Men showing up at your door is an immediate threat. Things could have ended badly and all 3 will be criminally prosecuted.
Actor and comedian Ricky Harris, who played the character “Gangsta” in John Singleton‘s “Poetic Justice” passed away at the age of 54.
While the aforementioned film brought Ricky to the big screen, he also had roles in “Bones,” “Everybody Hates Chris,” “Heat,” “Q,” and “Hard Rain.” Snoop Dogg fans will also remember Harris as the iconic voice-character “DJ Eaz-E-Dicc” on the California rapper’s albums.

Young Thug was arrested at Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta, Ga. on Thursday (Dec. 22). The JEFFREY creator was taken into custody for missing a court date.
According to TMZ, officers were responding to a stolen vehicle report and were looking for a suspect in the mall. During their search for the suspect, one of the cops recognized Thugger walking through the mall and remembered he’d recently skipped a court date for excessive window tinting. The cops arrested Thug for the warrant, booked him and released him on $500 bond.
For real, though: who can blame Thugger for wanting to tint his windows? As one of the biggest names in hip-hop at the moment, it makes sense that he wouldn’t want to get recognized in his own car. It’s also a safety issue.
It’s been a rough couple weeks since Thug spazzed on a couple airport employees, calling them names and offering them money to quit their jobs. First, he got dropped while trying to crowd surf at a concert in New York City. And, yesterday, he was booked for missing a court date, which must’ve been another annoying ordeal.
In other Young Thug-related news, the ATL artist recently spoke with Paper Magazine and talked about his desire to help fight poverty in Atlanta this holiday season.
“I think people only care about what affects them. It’s selfish, but I think it’s the truth,” he says. “If they are not affected by being poor, they don’t typically fight for it. I remember not having anything, so I want to always stay involved. Whenever I go back to my side of town – Cleveland Ave – I know I have to bring money, because there’ll be friends or cousins or people I knew from 6th grade who are going to ask me for money. My fiancée always says I look like Santa Claus, because I’m just giving everyone something.”
Tupac Shakur will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, along with Pearl Jam, Joan Baez, Electric Light Orchestra, Journey, and Yes.
The induction ceremony will be held on April 7th, 2017, at Brooklyn‘s Barclays Center.
Tupac Shakur will be the sixth hip-hop act to join the ranks of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Run D.M.C., the Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, and NWA have also made the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame cut.
Beyoncé was hit with another lawsuit, this time for her use of the Roc-A-Fella logo.
Dwayne Walker, the creator of the logo, says Bey never asked for his permission to use it in the 2013 music video for her hit song “Drunk in Love.” Walker claims the logo is prominently displayed in the video and he wants her to take it down or pay him for its use, according to TMZ.
The logo, however, only appears briefly in the video, and it’s via Jay Z. The Brooklyn rapper is seen wearing his Roc chain along with many others, and the logo is only visible for a few seconds while Beyoncé is hugging him and clutching the pendant. Though the chain is Jay Z’s and worn by him, he is not named in the lawsuit.
Walker did previously sue Jay and Dame Dash for $7 million, accusing the duo of copyright infringement in 2012. A judge dismissed the lawsuit in September 2016. U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter said that Walker was not entitled to royalties under a contract allegedly signed 20 years ago.
South Florida rap artist Brisco pleaded not guilty to fraud and fake money charges on Tuesday in federal court in Fort Lauderdale.
Brisco, also known as British Mitchell, 34, is charged with selling counterfeit cash and being part of a fraud ring that operated in South Florida. He is linked to at least $200,000 worth of fraud, according to court testimony.
Mitchell, who was featured on Lil’ Wayne‘s 2009 Grammy Award-winning album Tha Carter III, has been jailed in Broward County since he was arrested earlier this month.
Authorities said he had been on the lam since August when he led law enforcement on two chases in one day when they tried to arrest him. Mitchell is tentatively scheduled to go to trial in federal court in Miami early next month on eight federal charges linked to identity theft, fraud and selling counterfeit currency..
